Sleep Coach

My Name is Tracey Martin and I am a qualified Sleep Coach with extensive training and experience in treating insomnia and improving sleep. I utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) which is medication-free and considered the gold standard and most effective treatment for Insomnia. Sessions are one-on-one and can be conducted in person at the Women’s Health Road.

As a qualified Sleep Coach with studies in Australia, Scotland and The Netherlands, I have helped hundreds get their sleep back on track. My approach to my practice is patient empowerment through education! I feel like when a patient understands WHY they should do something and HOW it works, they are more likely to benefit from the training. My patients will always understand why they are doing a certain treatment method.
